VOTED 2008 FIVE STAR REALTOR - BEST IN CLIENT SATISFACTION

• Each year over 21,000 nomination ballots are mailed to Kansas City area residents who had recently purchased a home. On the ballots, recipients were asked to nominate only real estate agents whom they knew through personal experience. They were asked to evaluate them based upon nine criteria: customer service, communication, finiding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction. The results were a group representing less than 6 percent of licensed agents in the Kansas City area. I am honored to have been chosen for this award.

Profile

• As a Northland resident for over 20 years, and growing up 1 mile south of the Country Club Plaza, I specialize in the Northland, as well as South Kansas City. I attended Southwest High School and UMKC. I have been married to Dan for 22 years, and together, we have 2 fantastic children.
• Angela (daughter) graduated from the University of Kansas (KU) with a BA in Psychology and Sociology, and earned her master’s degree in school Counseling at UMKC in the spring of 2008. Her passion is helping student’s lead successful lives.
• Andrew (son) is a student at Oak Park High School. He is a technology wiz and is in the A+ program. His hobbies are gaming, kickboxing, and paintballing. His goal is to become a doctor.
• With over 20 years of professional experience in the greater Kansas City community, I have successfully stepped into various roles in a variety of industries which included Gilbert/Robinson, LPF Plastics, Corp., H&R Block, and Deloitte & Touche.
• Being around real estate my entire life has given me the experience in helping you with all your real estate needs. My father, Marion Trozzolo developed the River Quay, now known as River Market, taught me with a combination of hard work, commitment to future goals, and the passion you feel in what you do, will bring rewards to not only yourself, but those around you.
